Webasto has announced the completion of its acquisition of air conditioning systems manufacturer Diavia from Delphi Italia Automotive Systems. Diavia is based in Molinella, Italy and specialises in cooling systems for off-highway and specialist applications. Plans for the acquisition were first announced in March this year.
