The Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand delivered 2.79 million vehicles to customers worldwide in the first half of this year, up 10.2% on H1 2011’s 2.53 million total. The brand also announced an increase for the month of June, when it delivered 498,600 (June 2011: 438,400; +13.7%) units.
