Yokohama Rubber has announced that Yokohama R.P.Z., its tyre manufacturing/sales company in Russia, has recently completed the construction of a new passenger car tyre plant in the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone in the region of Lipetsk. An opening ceremony was held at the site on 30 May.
