The Chinese automotive retailer Zhongsheng Group Holdings has purchased a 70% stake in German car tuning company Carlsson Autotechnik, reports Reuters. Carlsson specialises in the customisation of Mercedes-Benz models. Zhongsheng’s acquisition of the German firm will help it tap China’s nascent customisation market.
