J.L. French Automotive Castings has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Tenedora Nemak S.A. de C. V., a subsidiary of ALFA, S.A.B. de C.V. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
