The EU’s general court has ruled against Volkswagen concerning Suzuki’s use of the GTI brand for the high-performance version of its Swift model.
German new agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa), citing the ruling, said that Luxembourg-based European Court of Justice found no risk of confusion between Volkswagen and Suzuki’s GTI models.
