Toyota Peugeot Citroen Automobile (TPCA), the joint venture between Toyota Motor Corporation and PSA Peugeot Citroen which has operated a plant in Kolín in the Czech Republic since February 2005, is to reduce the working week and eliminate one of its three production teams to address falling demand in Europe.
