Trelleborg and Freudenberg have signed an agreement to form an equal joint venture. The JV will produce anti-vibration solutions for light and heavy vehicles. The two companies originally signed a letter of intent in this regard, on 17 January 2011.
The new JV will comprise Trelleborg Automotive's operations in anti-vibration solutions,
