KEMET Corporation, a Greenville, South Carolina-based manufacturer of tantalum, ceramic, aluminium, film, paper and electrolytic capacitors, has launched new automotive grade high voltage multi-layer surface mount ceramic capacitors. Qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council’s AEC-Q200 standard, these capacitors are available in X7R and C0G dielectrics from 500VDC to 3,000VDC.
