Global production of Toyota, Daihatsu and Hino models in August fell 9.9% year-on-year in August to 566,262 units. Output of Toyota models dropped 8.7% to 508,673 units, while Daihatsu production fell 16.5% to 52,318 units. The largest decline came at Hino, where output fell 37.3% to 5,271 units.
